All staff orientation and training is done by the company's owner Until a manager is hired.

The owner is the only one working with individuals with disabilities until more staff is hired.

My hours are very flexible I go off of the hours required or requested from the individuals needing services.

The staff manager will take over with all services in case of an emergency.

I have worked with autistic individuals. I was employed by Sunshine for several years which gave me a wide range of experience with individuals with disabilities. I have been trained to work with clients who have behaviors.
