All individuals would be treated with the utmost respect. All individuals will be encouraged to express their feelings. All the individuals that we serve will be provided with the best services.

All staff orientation and training is done by the company's owner Until a manager is hired.

The owner is the only one working with individuals with disabilities until more staff is hired.

My hours are very flexible I go off of the hours required or requested from the individuals needing services.

I have worked with autistic individuals. I was employed by Sunshine for several years which gave me a wide range of experience with individuals with disabilities. I have been trained to work with clients who have behaviors.
