The Individual is the most important person to icare...We believe in treating EVERYONE with RESPECT!! icare takes one right at their need level and works tirelessly to help them reach their goals!

All Staff is trained immediately in the areas necessary to serve clients....icare's orientation process covers a vast amount of information to furthur prepare the staff's readiness.

The DD individual has his/her questions asked... They will have an opportunity to meet selected staff, then they have the choice....and or the opportunity to change at any time...

icare tries to be as flexible as possible...Our programs are fit to each individual's needs, therefore; we will accommodate the cliet. We are a 24/7 service...Our clients have our attention whenever they need it!!

icare has a superior back-up plan in place for all its clients... We ensure that emergencies will have immediate attention, and no client will lack services due to icare....

icare strongly believes that the individual, family members, LCDD staff and all concerned stakeholders have the right to raise concerns. We will listen!!! We will do whatever is necessary to better serve the client!!!

icare is very visible in the community. We hold community outings...we volunteer often...we hold fundraisers to further bring an awareness as to the many challenges our client's face...
